Our Employer Advisory Service is based on an agreed, annual retainer that is paid monthly. No matter how many employment law matters come up or how many times you contact us throughout the year, you will never pay more than what you originally agree to.* Make three or fewer calls or contacts during the contract year and a portion of your annual retainer fee will be refunded or can be applied towards the next year's annual retainer fee.

*The Annual Retainer Fee will expressly include only those services detailed above. In the unusual situation when there is no resolution or settlement of the termination arrangements, and litigation is commenced by the employee, the conduct of the litigation will not be covered by the Annual Retainer Fee. Any matters that proceed to mediation, arbitration or litigation will be the subject of a Separate Retainer Agreement and the fee structure will be discussed with you prior to embarking on those services.
