Settling Disputes Through Mediation

Mediation is a process that brings the parties together in one room, to air their differences, seek common ground and try to resolve issues, all under the guidance and with direction from an experienced third party, the mediator.

Unlike litigation and arbitration, the mediator does not make any final decision that the parties have to accept. Instead, parties try to reach their own decision, and voluntarily agree to be bound by it.

Mediation is the easiest, cheapest and least time-consuming of all the dispute resolution techniques. It is worth pursuing early on in any business dispute.
