Settling Disputes Through Arbitration

Arbitration is a more flexible, less formal way of resolving disputes than litigation. It is also a lot less expensive, and takes up far less of clients’ time than litigation.

It shows characteristics of litigation: examination and cross-examination of witnesses, a person who at the end of the process makes a decision that is final and binding on the parties.

It is the middle road between mediation and litigation. It provides the best of both these techniques and is an effective and cost-effective way to resolve business disputes.
